Returns and Refunds
Our Policy Info
When you purchase any of our full price gowns in store you will be offered the opportunity to try the garment on, check and make sure you are happy with the quality and your choice! Therefore if you change your mind and return your dress within 14 days we will only be able to offer you an exchange for the same value or a store credit which would be valid for 9 months.
In the case of a faulty item please inform us within 14 days and if the item proves to be faulty you will receive a full refund. Please note loose threads of loss of beading is regarded as normal after wear & it's not classified as damage.
Dresses from our clearance sale are non-refundable.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders. Cancellation term is strictly 24 hours upon making the order.
If the event is cancelled after this time, or for any reason you have decided not to wear the dress on collection, the full balance is still required to be paid.
